Sunthread contains no ads or third-party analytics. We do not operate a server or collect personal information. When you sign in to Game Center, the app sends earned stars and achievement progress to Apple.

Your progress

Puzzle progress, preferences, pending Game Center results, and the Game Center player identifiers needed to separate profiles are saved on your device. They may be included in your Apple device backup. Reset journey erases local puzzle progress. Previously earned Game Center results remain; manage your Game Center profile through Apple. Deleting the app removes local app data. Progress does not currently sync between devices.

Purchases and sharing

Apple handles purchases. The app reads verified entitlements to unlock Atlas. We do not receive your payment card information. Apple's services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Sharing uses the system share sheet and sends only the illustrated result postcard you choose to share. Playing works offline; purchasing, restoring, and verifying purchases require an App Store connection.
